My card is being charged and I didn't order any books
I was charged two different amounts: one was 77, the other was 49. I thought I was buying a pallet, not books for 9.99.
I feel totally deceived.
I'm not happy about this at all. I want my money back.

I never received my order. I keep calling and sending emails, but there is no communication.
The customer service is bad. I never want to deal with this place anymore.
I found out about you from my friend. I made my first order and provided my card number for payment, but I never received the package, the tracking number, or the ID number.

Poor ustomer service response.
Called customer service twice, put on hold both times, and after 10 minutes was hung up on.Will not waste my time again.

Didn't get my deposit
DHad to do all this stuff to get my deposit now its been 3 days the deposit suppose to been sent to my card and now its saying Im in que 5 thousand some thing I will never get my money Im getting a lawyer because this is insane I wasted all my time to do the requirements to get my deposit and still no deposit
