Horrible service useless support
- Nature of Marble sold counters not sealed properly.
- Stains appear and marks are hard to remove.
- AS IS policy means no refunds and upfront payment.
They have totally ignored us and are hoping the horrible situation is a hiccup only when it is actually a bad problem I am hoping many people read our complaint and use someone other than this company
BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY from NATURE OF MARBLE!!!
They REFUSE to stand behind their products!
. They sold us marble for our kitchen counter that wasn't SEALED PROPERLY?
After barely a week or two, we noticed our brand new marble kitchen counters had a major flaw..
While it may look terrific at 1st glance, we quickly discovered that it is horrible .. Every mark, water stain, fault, OR blemish quickly rares its ugly head and it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove any marks stains, etc without resealing the entire kitchen counter top ( +$1,000)
The Restoration company later told us this marble SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR COUNTERS. It was meant for walls or something that's not used OR exposed very much
Our Sales rep and Designer both assured us that as long as it was sealed by Nature of Marble .
It would be terrific .We were grossly mislead... It was clearly NOT sealed properly and she was wrong NEVER use Marble for counter tops
After we complained their response was to run away and hide behind the words "AS IS" on our contract ...
No recourse what so ever period..
No refunds, credits etc BUT we instead MUST PAY 100% UP FRONT , and TRUST THEM to seal it properly which clearly they failed miserably to do !!?
They did nothing at all to help us I would never go back there and hope anyone reading this has the smarts to take your business someplace else?
