Website confusion

All of a sudden it seems as if they have changed the look of their website and it is so confusing, I can not see how to edit my cc, look at my subscriptions where I can swap or change shipping date all it keeps doing is pulling up the terms and conditions I don't need that, I need to see my subscriptions and cc information as I did before. What is going on?

Change back to the old website, the new one I do not like, and it is so confusing

Disappointed

Is about a confirmation email I received about subscribing order please call because am not in the house and I won't be able to receive the package

User's recommendation: The keep hanging up on me without even picking up to listening to whatever I have to say.
