- Charged husband's card for 3 months at $89.92; no cancel option.
- No support or contact; order DC21CC506C, last charge 3/8/20, received 3/18.
They faithfully charged us on the 8th of every month and received the product 10 days later. Their packaging is great, not that I want it. No invoices or statements.
Signed up for the trial but got ripped off. They have been charging my husband's CC for 3 consecutive months for $89.92 and there is no way to cancel.
No customer service, bad number, or website for contact us. It only had an ad to lure other people in They are like a Spider who weaves a web, and we're all stuck to them with no escape. I want to cancel the subscription with no way out options.
Our last order was put through the CC on 3/8/20 and received 3/18. Order # was DC21CC506C.
There are thousands of us stuck in the web, please help us.

- Free trial; received items, then a $89.92 charge from Lunaziooil.
- Bank froze account after two more charges; Natural Grow RX and Lunaziooil involved.
I ordered the free trial offer and received both items no problem. Then weeks later I got a charge of $89.92 from a site called Lunaziooil for a bottle of face oil so I called the number on that site and the man hung up on me so I emailed them and got an email back from aCare Team saying your request was cancelled so i email back saying i never ordered and i want my money back.
Then i get an email back from natural grow rx which was weird to me because they are 2 different companies. At that exact moment I figured it all out. They are scammers for sure. Thank god my bank froze my account because they tried 2 more transactions right after the first one.
I had to get a new debit card and everything.
As you can see I uploaded pics of the emails and pics of the site that charged me, as you can see it's not Natural Grow RX website either smh, the very last one says something about nootropics...I've never even heard of nootropics. SCAMMERS.

I called this customer support (Which BTW is a 3rd party-NOT NATURALGROWRX) #833-322-**** which they claim is in Asia. I called to cancel within 17 days of my wife ordering this CBD product and Customer Service person Erwin told me they cancelled NGRX trial .
I received a return RMA# from Erwin and the return address, which is PO Box 15911, Tampa FL. 33684. The RMA is your last name and your zip code. Hope this helps.
Damn Scammers. If you can help someone scammed by them Please forward them this info.
BTW, I did not open the product and will have to pay the return shipping. SY

I spoke with a representative today 3/25 named Jennifer. i complained bitterly about this bushwhacking.
Jennifer said I did not read the terms of the sale.
I explained there were no terms specified in any literature. I checked the email the price is a grand total of $13.98. Nothing else is written. On the box the product came in all that was there were $6.98 prices.
First, she said i would be refunded $60.I was righteously.angry and said $120 is certainly more than the $13.98 I expected to pay. Jennifer then said she would refund to my account $120. Still I am very upset. Seems bait; switch is alive well in Florida.
Jennifer said the refund will show in my account 3-5 days.This is still a robbery to me. No company should be allowed this behavior.
In. the manner with which Jennifer quickly agreed to the higher refund amount shows this is a reoccurring complaint.d
