1-Day Shipping not 1-Day
On November 3rd 2017 I tried to cancel a shipment the next day when the order had not yet shipped and they would not cancel nor refund the shipping cost. I spoke to several people and no one cared about customer service satisfaction.
BEWARE if you order 1-DAY SHIPPING, they do not ship in one day! They will take your money and make excuses for Weekends and Holidays. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. They do not have good customer service should a problem arise.

Horrible customer service
After years of being an auto ship customer [easiest way for them to make money], I moved and cancelled my auto ship delivery. At least I thought I did.
According to the folks at natural well-being, I didn't and they charged and shipped another month's supply only notifying me after the fact that they'd done so. When I contacted them to find out what was going on, I was told basically that it was too bad. It didn't matter that they sent something to a place I no longer live after I'd changed my address on their *** website [somehow MY fault the address change and cancellation didn't take] nor that I was a long-term customer. All that mattered was that they keep my $43 until I somehow returned the product they should never have shipped in the first place.
Their suggested "resolution" involved me tracking down the package being delivered half a continent from where I now live and returning it to them. Their "customer service" emails were ridiculous.
Did yourself a favour and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of places selling better products at more reasonable prices and with far, far better customer service.
Don't expect guarantees to come to fruition
Terrible customer service. I placed an order on June 15th.
When I hadn't received a shipping confirmation the following week, I called. I was told that I'm not sure why it didn't ship, but I guarantee it will be there by Monday. Monday came, no package, I called. They said they'd next day air ship it.
The next day, I call, still no shipment. I was told call back tomorrow if it's not there. I call back, they said the warehouse messed up and didn't ship it properly, but they feel they made it right b/c they had intended it to be next day air . So here I am, without my anxiety medicines, and it's been 3 week.
I was offered a discount on my next order, however they wouldn't do anything with this current order. I said, then why should I order again, they said b/c it usually doesn't happen and they'd speak to their warehouse. The one thing they did with my large order is upgrade something from 1 oz to 2 oz.
They didn't accept responsibility in my mind. I would definitely find somewhere else to purchase products from.
Natural Wellbeing - Osha Root Review
Natural Well Being is a terrible company to order products from. They do not cancel orders promply, with the excuse that they are on the West Coast and their shipping department is on the East Coast.
I placed the order online on Sunday, July 31st, and immediately noticed the error that their product contains alcohol. I am a Mormon and cannot ingest alcohol. I called the company, but they were closed. I left two messages to call me immediately before the product ships.
On Monday, August 01st, I called and spoke with Jennifer at 0922 because nobody from their company bothered to call me immediately. I explained to Jennifer that I left messages and also emails to stop the order, they didn't honor my request to stop the order and instead made excuses that they couldn't contact their very own warehouse. I called back again and again. I was told by Jennifer to wait until the product arrives and then send it right back and I would receive a full refund.
I received the package and called their company. I was told to print the shipping label. I did, but little did I know that I had to pay to ship their products back to them. I also spoke to Cristianna, Britt, Tamara, and the Manager Anna Judge about the issues.
They were all very rude, but especially Anna Judge. She said that there is no way that she would refund my shipping costs of a total of $12.02. I told her that I am Retired from the United States Air Force and that I would indeed write a review of how I have been treated. Anna Judge said: "Go ahead,." That is not goid Customer Service at ALL!!!!!
I told Tamara and Anna Judge that that is the first time and the last time I would ever order from their company. A customer does not need a song and dance from customer service representatives. I just expected to reveive the money back that I spent. When I spoke with Anna Judge tiday, August 29th, I told her that their policy is to refund my money within 5-10 business days.
It has been way mire days than that. I hope this company fails and I hope bad carma catches up with the company and individuals that I spoke with.
Nobody should be treated in this manner. Please post this reveiw so that it will reach all the customers possible before they too are taken advantage of.
