Hi, I seem to have a premium plan Invoice number 68C54EE6-0001 and a premium plus plan Invoice number 68C54EE6-0002. I am a blind individual from Adelaide, Australia.
Should I have one and not both? I don't understand this. Could you please help?

I love your program. I use it often.
However, repeatedly with different documents (every time), the word 'exegetical' is pronounced 'exegetically'. It is strange, because 'exegetically' is pronounced correctly.

I have never received anything from this company except a $9.99 fee each month. I'm not sure why, and don't see a way to inquire.
I've worked with my bank to put a stop on these recurring charges. We've tried many times to call the number my bank shows on my withdrawals, and it is not a good phone number. RED flag!
