Natural Fitness Online - Forskolin Review from Keaau, Hawaii

Do NOT!!! order anything from this company! I ordered ONE product and when I got confirmation, two products were charged to my account. I immediately sent an email to customer support requesting to CANCEL my entire order. I got a return email stating that I had to contact customer support via telephone. I tried to call for 6 hours and kept getting a busy tone!! I emailed customer support again but they insisted that I could only modify my order via telephone. The next morning I got a rep on the phone who stated that my order has already been shipped so it could not be cancelled but they do have a 30 day, 100%, money back guarantee so I can return the products when they are received w/o a problem. I get the products and there is no return policy/instructions or address in the envelope of where to return the products to. I email customer support for an address to return the products and AGAIN, I get told that it has to be done via phone. I get a rep on the phone and after just about having to cuss at her because she kept going around and around about the products instead of giving me an address of where I can return the items to, she tells me that I have to PAY $25 for shipping and handling PLUS a 15% restocking fee per bottle that I ordered in order to return the product! So I basically have to pay this company an extra $70 to return a product that is backed by a 30 day, 100%, money back guarantee policy! My other option would be a refund of 25% (whooppeeee!) and I get to keep the products. This company is a HUGE SCAM!!!

Refusing to cancel order and continuing to bill me!

This company has refused cancelling my order for months, and continue to bill my credit card even after I spoke with a customer service agent. He said my account was put on hold and I received a 50% discount from my recent shipment because I could not return the product. I then was billed for another shipment the next day! When I called back for a third time in 3 days, I got a different agent, who told me I authorized the new shipment or it couldn't have been billed! I tried to tell him that I wouldn't authorize another shipment when I had just cancelled and asked to be withdrawn from auto shipments! Basically, impossible to deal with and dishonest business practices.

Will not refund!

I know for a fact I only ordered 1 product but was billed for 3 products after I checked out online. Immediately contacted online customer service was told I could only get a refund by speaking to a rep in person on regular business days, this was a Sunday. Called Monday morning and was told the order was already shipped, it was a lie and I knew it. The most annoying customer service rep I have ever dealt with said I had to wait til they arrived to get an authorization to return the "in-ordered items".. Called upon arrival, got same customer service rep that will not listen to your needs and does everything to not give you a return authorization number, then proceeds to tell me that it will cost me nearly $60 as a restocking fee to send them back and it would not be worth it to me an to just keep the products that I never ordered but was charged for. Asked to speak to a supervisor on 3 occasions but was repeatedly told he was the supervisor. So very frustrating! Never, I repeat, NEVER order anything from this company!!!!

Very Upset!!

They seem to not even care that my daughter bought the product and they won't refund the money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM The product made her sick too!!
