Mislead you and take your money
We worked with Natural Element homes to build our retirement home of our dreams for over 2 years. But they did nothing but lie to us.
Our first price we were given for the home was approximately $400. The second price was $730. Then it went up it over $820 we had no finishing or heating nothing was picked out by us. We questioned several things but never received answers.
We paid $3700. for our blue prints and only received large PDF's that are useless. No other builders can build from it. We have had two builders also state they can't make blue prints from them due to the fact they are copy write by Natural element home.
This company has refused to refund our money. We have turned them into the BBB as well reported to the Montana Attorney General.
WE NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. All they want you to do is buy the materials from them and give you PDF's they are a scam..

I tried to get blueprints of a house plan. Never happened even after talking with the owner. Glad we keep on trucking.
