MY CAT IS SICK DUE TO USING YOUR ALL NATURAL PRODUCTS
- - Customer says the flea shampoo is unsafe, citing cinnamon and clove as toxic.
- - Their cat Biscuit is sick; they threaten a class-action lawsuit.
I used your flea shampoo for all ages of cats and now my cat is sick!! How can you sell a product and claim its safe when 2 of the ingredients are toxic to cats!
Cinnamon and clove! Like wtf?? Now biscuit is fighting for his life!!! This is insane.
I love my cats as if they are my children and now hes sick! What are you planning to do??? If i dont hear from your company i will be filing a class action lawsuit against it.
Im sure there are other cats that have been affected by this stupidity on your part! Do you not know to check *** before you claim it to be safe???

PHOSfree product poured clear as water, no milky white color, no cloudiness

Later I received an e-mail stating: . as explained in previous emails PHOSfree's color during manufacture can range from a crystal clear to a milky white color which is due to the consistency of the Lanthanum Chloride used which can range from a clear, crystalline appearance to a powdery white appearance
I have been using PHOSfree for years, it always had a milky-white color and created a little cloudiness coming into the pool from my waterfall , retiring from the pool filter system.
I offered to ship them one of the unopened PHOSfree containers for their Quality Control, they werent interested.
