PHOSfree product poured clear as water, no milky white color, no cloudiness

Later I received an e-mail stating: . as explained in previous emails PHOSfree's color during manufacture can range from a crystal clear to a milky white color which is due to the consistency of the Lanthanum Chloride used which can range from a clear, crystalline appearance to a powdery white appearance I have been using PHOSfree for years, it always had a milky-white color and created a little cloudiness coming into the pool from my waterfall , retiring from the pool filter system. I offered to ship them one of the unopened PHOSfree containers for their Quality Control, they werent interested.

I called as I use all of their products. Was having issues with Phosphates and asked how to better deal with the problem. The CS you Edson was helpful and cleared up a misunderstanding the pool supply store had told me.

As someone who works on the pool industry natural chemistry has always been a stand up company and my staff as well as myself never have had an issue dealing with them. Their customer service is second to none
