This is my second, I am still waiting on my 31dol refund
When you are given a code to use, and you order your product, Collagen, but you don't get to use code. I called , it seems while filling out my info, I didn't see where to put code, it took my info and charged me, so I called right away to ask why and she said code wouldn't work bc my product was already discounted and my order went through I ask to cancel it, this was May 3,I still haven't gotten my refund!!!

Pissed off
Company offered me a discount to use but didn't say how to use it. Not on a product already discounted.
I didn't know that, I was doing an order online for collagen I filled out the order form but saw no place to enter discount so I called and she told me it went through but I know I didn't place order bc I was checking on discount first.
So I said to cancel the order and I want my 31dol back. So far I'm waiting to see it go back to my bank!
