Been going to Native Grill on Signal Butte and Baseline, in Mesa, Arizona for years.

Went in on November 4, 2023. The service has gone down hill tremendously especially in the bar area.

They have been closing early also at 9pm this past week and not whats advertised. Dont waste your money.

Problem

Native Grill And Wings - Problem

Many people seen. There was an incident nf the manager George put a Amanis Riley 28 year old, female in a headlock and drag her down and hit her.

I was outraged. I couldnt get involved. After you drug her down in a headlock forcefully, I grab my phone and started filming. I was in a bad car accident and I have a brace on my shattered foot.

I wanted to get involved and I yelled for people that I know there to break it up. I feel hurt and didnt get to help. This bothers me very much. I was told prior and after this manager, George has been doing this type of thing for a while now.

I was told that they whoever runs it would like to get rid of him. I used to be a regular. Amani Riley that got hurt used to be a server there. Adam which is a manager there as well changed Amanis schedule without telling her.

I have known Amani and Adam and many people there at Native for some years now. Again, I used to be a regular, but I dont go there anymore because theres a lot of problems. What transpired tonight is unacceptable. This man didnt do anything professional, but used his force and manhandle this woman that I know.

Displaying witnesses I dont know if theres a camera but I caught a lot of it. My mistake I didnt catch the first part of it when he put her in a headlock and threw her down . There was an argument and again I have a shattered foot. I was in a bad car accident so I film this video out of my car and I didnt want to get involved, but I was yelling for people that I know to break it up.

This man that , as a manager also flipped me off a couple times throughout the night when I told him to stop. I felt helpless. Im on 1 foot. My left foot got shattered.

I just went to go get a salad and this all transpired in the back patio in Laveen Arizona. Please review the camera . This man should not work there at all, and will gather up witnesses and have all that witnessed to

Sign a petition, nothing to be done about this guy named George. Theres too much to mention to many incidence's that has transpired with this so-called manager.

Adam, theres a problem and theyre also changing schedules and not letting the employees know and then firing them. Things are corrupted there and I know its franchise but somebody needs to look into this please I love Native, but what I seen tonight is not acceptable at all

Rude staff

I sat down to order and the waitress never came up to there until 30 minutes later asked me for something to drink. I am I got a tea the tea taste like water and I asked her for another one and then she rudely told me get something else to drink so I got up so I got up and left a spec. I speak to a manager and he was also rude also and this was at Gilbert location Gilbert Road in germane.

I ordered 3, 1 pound orders of chicken strippers and 1 order of fries. I received my order and was shocked by the amount of food I received.

I weighed each container on a digital scale. The 3 containers (including the weight of container) were as follows. 2 were 11.1 ounces and 1 was 10.3 ounces. $4 for fries, see picture below.

I called Native and was hung up on repeatedly. Called their corporate office and received a voice mailbox if full. The reason i ordered strippers instead of wings were due to a previous order were the wings were the size of pigeon wings.

Never again. Bye Native.

Poor service and never got my food ??

I ordered online for delivery and never received no food , but I got charged for it , for nothing !! I called and asked where my order was and they said it was delivered , but I clearly never received my food ! What would you like to do to solve this mess up ??

Rude and disappearing waitstaff

If you want mediocre food and *** service, then this is the place to go. Native New Yorker has been "updating" their image but new stickers and menus don't cover up the trash that is still employed at this restaurant location.

Doesn't matter if you visit when its busy or slow, same poor service. Servers are arrogant and treat you as if you're wasting their time.

They disappear after taking an order and then you're left to hail attention of another staff member for any additional service. Last occasion at this location it took over 15 minutes to have a soda replaced that was flat.

When it was time to leave, server again nowhere to be found.

Had to go to the hostess station to pay our check. Hostess then disappeared and came back with our server almost 10 minutes later, who proceeded to inform us with huge attitude, that she was our cashier as well.
