There have been numerous times that I have had to contact general service for assistance. Every time as a hassle.
I've had products shipped to the wrong address but yet have to pay for them had to have a car replaced weeks for it to come in then you lose your money because you didn't use it in time if it was my choice I would never choose Nations benefits. Hope your insurance company doesn't use this one

Hello, i am very angry. Ibtrued to use my card at a gas station and it did not work.
I attempted 3 times to use the card and all 3 times the shell gas station put a hold on the card for 3 charges of $50 each. I currently have a hold on my card for $150. I have not been able to use my benefits and they will expire in 3 days. I am so disappointed in this card and company.
I have called numerous of times and every time i call the agent tells me there is nothing they can do about it. Will be giving a very ugly review and i have thousands of followers.

We got our delivery and notified the .nations benefits people.the food was out of date and every can in the box was dented.and sone of the other products I ordered was busted open.the nations benefits was suppose to refund the money and to this day it is saying refund in review.the box was already busted up .and apparently nations benefits does not care about it customers.they even put stuff in the order that was not what I ordered.

I cannot get help by phone (waiting 54 minutes and counting) do not reship this order!!!
ISSUE A TIMELY REFUND instead.
The package was not insulated properly and all the food contents (dry goods) were busted and spilled inside the shipping box. Even the electronic item is damaged, the calibration cannot be fixed.
Also, the quality of the food shipped (unknown brands to me) are a different, perhaps inferior brand quality than pictured.

Missing items
I placed an order and I am missing 3 items which total about $60. I received only 1 pack of ensures instead of 4.

They sell 3-5 times overpriced items even by New York City standards and they take advantage of the fact that they have no local grocery stores accepting their MasterCard for AETNA or Blue Cross or maybe Health First MEDICARE D-SNP Plans. Anyone would be better of avoiding these Advantage Plans who's OTC provider is Nations Benefitsm.
They claimed their network of stores is extensive and insisted on signing up with Aetna D-SNP Plan and once I did, they turned out the worst nightmare to deal with and most 99.9% EBT/SNAP Vendors in NYC refuse to accept their OTC MasterCard for food for Seniors and Disabled. They bully their customers and refuse to take official complaints about most even EBT/SNAP foods rejected at the Cash register causing more annoyance and nuisance for Grocery Stores. Chose United Healthcare Dual Complete D-SNP Plan if you can as their Healthy Benefits Plus OTC company is owned by UHC so you will have significantly less struggles with getting your purchases covered at the registers and you can ask UHC upfront for the website and search for Food and Pharmacies stores more wide Network accepting their OTC Barcode Card (which you can use an App to scan Foods before putting it in your grocery cart or taking a chance at the registers).
Also UHC Healthy Benefits Plus OTC is allowing for shopping on Walmart.com and Mom's Meals and FarmBox for fresh and ready meals and they allow prepared frozen foods to make Senior' life a little bit brighter and easier. Unlike UHC, Nations Benefits MasterCard would be rejected for all of the above and you will be stuck in your neighborhood to eat at the pharmacies or travel to another state as they found me a close by store 2 hours of travel time and inaccessible for New York City Senior (and New York City of course has most kinds of stores on every corner and every block of the city, so if you have hard time finding a single store in NYC accepting their MasterCard for AETNA and other unfortunate insurance companies who are Outsourcing their OTC Benefits to this Below -10 Rated Company).
