Nations Pure Filtration System Review from Weatherford, Texas
Had a nations pure system installed and was told over and over that the bad smell and taste would never come 4 months later it's back and worse than before I called to have someone come out and it's a little.over a week wait for the amount of money I payed for the system it shouldn't be that long of wait if I want someone to come out on an emergency call I was told it would cost me 150.00 plus parts that's just bad costumer service I guess they have my money so owell for taken care of there customers

Overpriced and not helpful
Saw multiple ads on Google for a company that does water wells. My well had some issues with iron and a sulphur smell. A salesman came out and estimated that it would be over $10,000 dollars to fix. After doing some research on the units they recommend I decided I could do most of it myself. I hired a local plumber who had some experience with wells, and ended up having everything installed for less than $4000. The plumber even showed me that the bad smell was actually coming from my old water heater, and not my well. I'm not sure the water guys knew that.

I had a great experience. Yes, we paid $10k, but our water has never been better.
They even fixed a major routing problem that wasn't their fault. Builder had routed pipes into house, then back out to sprinklers, meaning all irrigation water would run through filter.
Nations Pure dug up, cut, capped and rerouted free of charge. Great customer service.
