I have been waiting for my deposit money £500 since 28th February 2025
I had ordered a scissor lift on 28/2/2025 they charge me £500 for the deposit. The equipment has been return on 11/3/2025.
I have not heard from them since and no word of deposit refund. You never able to contact them or they never reply to any of your message.
Disgusting and immoral company. Not sure what is legal way of getting my deposit money back

Disgusting customer service.
Used the chat window to ask about delivery and had the most arrogant little man send unbelievable remarks.
Name on the window was JAKE although who knows if that means anything.He actually wrote weve only been open 37 minutes and we have more than 1 order so Ive no idea if its been dealt with yet. Seriously??
WTF?
I told him to go bed earlier - he might have a better attitude in the mornings. So no idea if its even being deliveres now or not.
