I bought several services, brakes and rotors, shocks, and structs, air conditioning fix and recharge, and oil change. I bought these services at ntb roanoke va in preparation for a trip to Florida.
I left for FL pretty quickly, but half into my journey the air went out. 2 weeks later there was clicking and and rattling and rumbling coming from my right front tire.
It sound as if the tire was coming right off. My brakes were squealing like they were in a pig race and brake dust was so thick on the rims it looked like they were ready for planting season. I called back to the Roanoke Va store where the work was done with my complaints, bring it in he said. Well I'm in FL.
Any ntb or tire kingdom will honor the complaint, fix it and charge back to the Roanoke store. Ok great. Tire kingdom FL played with the car for a couple of hours, did some we couldn't find an issue but did tighten some nuts and bolts, take off some loose plastic pieces , and recharged the air. I called back a couple days later to let them know the air stopped working in less than 24 hours , the sound from the tires is worse and the brakes still squeal.
The person who answered the phone arrogantly told me they do not honor the work from another store and I would need to return to that store or contact the president of the company for resolution. So here I am out 3000.00 and my car is still not fixed. My opnion, they have no skills.
Take your car to professionals. They are shade tree mechanics and thieves.

Gm Im reaching out because of a issue I had at one of your location. I took my car in for a simple oil change and was notified tht I had a leak and need a new oil pan the service was $975.08 I had it done .
A few months later I took it back for another change and they informed me tht I still had a oil leak from a valve cover gasket and I had a few more things done which the total $2030.35. Only to return cause of the oil leak was still occurring the other jobs were fine.
All this happened with in a 3 month time frame with out me driving over 3k miles I feel as if the labor for the oil pan and the valve cover gasket installation should be refunded or should I get my lawyer involved. Its caused my check engine light to come on which the car ran fine until tht point.

I took my 2006 pt cruiser to your dundalk location in Maryland. On friday for a radiator flush and fill.
The gentleman there told me i had a small leak in the hose line and that it was caused by it being cut by the bumper. The man working on my car pointed out reasons why. Your manager said a peice $ 250 for the work i told him do the least work. He said i can do it for $210.
On sat a i call in the morning they have parts and are working on it. I call in the afternoon they said ordered wrong parts wait on right ones. They at know time called me to tell me that did not quote the full price till i got there at 4pm. He at know time explained what 250 meant i took it *** 210.00.
He reads the bill to say $ 2092.90. Order#400046****13 forced me to take aloan i cannot afford to try and pay for his miss communication to me and $1367.02 is outrageous again i said t him just to get the radiator to work. I want some of my money back on this close the loan.
I will not be going to your company in the furtune if this is how you do bussiness. Note every customer waiting had vent on every thing that each was getting done.

Extremely poor customer service and parts put on without contacting me first. Parts that were not the problem and unneeded. But they were 82%positive they found the problem.

my name is Jimmy Davis. I bought a tire from NTB STORE #8813 ON 9/14/2021.
ON 9/28/2021 I left on annual hunting trip to my remote property in West Texas to stay to 12/18/2021. Over that period of time I had to air up the tire every 2 weeks or so. No tire repair in area. I decided to have it repaired at NTB when I get home.
on 12/28/2021 I noticed the tire was flat. I took it to NTB Store 8813. The store Manager Marshall Mcclendon helped me. They put in a new valve stem.
He said that was all that was needed. 12/30/2021 I found the tire completely flat. I took it back. Marshall informed me that it seemed nothing was wrong with the tire...but it will not hold air!
He said he will order a NEW TIRE to be the 3:30 pm 12/31/2021. I called before coming and talked to Aaron, he said no tire was delivered he will have it picked up next day. When I arrived, I told Aaron that the if the tire will not hold air its DEFECTIVE. Why claim it on ROAD HAZARD, he agreed he had talk with someone.
Gave me 2 options1 I could take tire to manufacturer 2 pay ROAD HAZARD $71.86. I want my $318.16 refunded. Buy getting the same tire on ROAD HAZARD... is possibly buying the same problem.
I bought the tire from NTB. It is not up to me to go to manufacturer.

Verified ReviewerFailure to fulfill store warranty on tires issued by the store Manager. Store #8627. Store
I purchased two Pirelli P Zero rear tires on February 26, 2021. I made this purchase at NTB store #8627 and was under the impression that there was a warranty with the tires.
However, I was informed after checking out @5:47PM, that there was no manufacturing warranty on the tires.
I asked for the manager and was told the manager was out and would return to the shop on Saturday, February 27, 2021. On February 27, 2021, I returned to store #8627 and talked with Manager Chris Simpson and explained the situation and advised that I need to find replacement tires that has a warranty. Chris tried locating replacement tires in the system and was unable to locate anything within the area. At that time, he indicated that it would be beneficial to issue a store warranty, which would provide a 30,000 mile warranty with the tires.
At that time, he made the notation of the warranty on my ticket/invoice, and I left the store.
After having to receive rear brake service and the rotors replaced on this past Saturday, September 11, 2021, at NTB store #8851, I was told that I needed to have my rear tires replaced. At this time, I returned to NTB store #8627 on Monday, September 13, 2021, and talked with Rick Reid who stated that Chris Simpson no longer was employed at the store, and he knew nothing of the situation. After talking with Rick and explaining that his employee Kelvin knew all about the situation, he asked if I would await Kalvins arrival to speak with him about the matter.
I called today, September 14, 2021, and talked with Kalvin who advised that Chris created a bigger issue by not properly handling my customer complaint on February 26, 2021, because he was unable to take care of the warranty in the system because there is no manufacturing warranty and the system would not let him do anything. At that time, I asked for the corporate number, which I was given.
Kalvin stated that he would talk with the current manager Rick Reid to see how they could handle this issue. Kalvin called back and stated that he could offer $50 off per tire, which would result in a $100 discount/adjustment. I then explained that was an insult to me and informed him that I could call the corporate office regarding this matter.
I call the corporate office on the morning of September 14, 2021, and was told by Hector to provide a copy of the invoice that the manager Chris Simpson noted the store warranty for the rear tires that I purchased on February 26, 2021. Furthermore, I provided a copy of the invoice for review and asked Hector if he could assist with resolving the problem.
Hector advised that he would review the provided information and will follow up with me later on that day regarding my situation. Today is Thursday, September 16, 2021, and I still have not heard anything from Hector or the corporate office regarding my complaint.
Preferred solution: To honor the store warranty provided by the store manager and replace my two rear tires.
