Terrible customer service

Web site doesn't indicate product location or delivery time frame before you pay for items, delivery time frame Melbourne to Adelaide is nearly 2 weeks (but maybe longer as tiles failed to be available on date given) made 2 phone calls and sent 1 email and no response as to where my tiles are or when I may expect them to be delivered, customer service is terrible just wish I had read reviews before my purchase.

Poor Cusotmer Swervice and Unprofessional Mgr at Port Melbourne Store named Ricky

Went into National Tiles - Port Melbourne store to return 1 box of tiles which was only $35.00 as the person who originally served me advised that l will need 3 boxes min when in fact I only used 1 and half boxes.

Yesterday, I went in to return that extra box which I didn't need and this unprofessional guy that served me and told me that his the manager was totally rude and sarcastic and basically told me that the policy to return must be 3 boxes which I don't understand this.

He basically said to me that he can't return and instead throw the box in the bin and began to smile and laugh.

This incident was totally unacceptable and he also said something rude which I couldn't hear which really got me worked up.

Totally unsatisfied with National Tiles and this guy Ricky.

I purchased 10 boxes from their other retail store some weeks ago but I was the told the tile was matched but when I got home it was totally wrong so the next day I returned the 10 boxes and was charged over $350 for handling fees, so I lost these funds in under 24 hours and then yesterday's incident with this Ricky.

Ricky didn't stated that their clearance retail store is a separate department even though it's still National Tiles on the letterhead and on my credit card statement, and again he started to smirk and again talk down at me.

So again I've lost out cost to $380.00

National Tiles are totally fake and there's absolutely no customer service.

Terrible service for Order No 935****

Returned from being away Friday 18th August, thought I would check up on delivery.

Told my order had not been placed, as my $79.90 had been paid into an account for Stuart! Also told I would probably have to wait another 2/3 weeks.

Extremely poor experience.

Went to west Burleigh to buy tiles found what we were looking for, we could see they were busy with customers so were told by a older staff in polite manner want be long and that was fine ,the young girl at the counter was just finishing a sale and after waiting for 25 minutes and standing there next to the other customers not once did acknowledge us or look are way ,she was having a personal conversation and looking at photos the customer had taken on her phone, I have worked in retail for over 30 years and never would I ignore a waiting customer ,you now have lost a sale and will not be entering that store again,very passed off
