AI Highlights
  • - I felt gaslit and dismissed by neurosurgeons.
  • - They push EMG testing by a therapist.
  • - The PA is impersonal; the place should shut down.

Unless you want to be gaslit, talked to like you are an idiot, have your already diagnosis by multiple neurosurgeons ignored and dismissed, don't go here! They will try and get you to go to a quack doctor who does EMG testing but really is a therapist, who will say there's nothing wrong with you and try to refer you to psychiatry.

The PA has no personality, and it's like someone from communist Russia talking at you.

This place needs to be shut down. If you are a younger female, forget it, you are just crazy and have nothing wrong with you.

Preferred solution: My dignity back

User's recommendation: Do not go here!

AI Highlights
  • - Front desk staff described as rude.
  • - The doctor has a strange bedside manner; politics or religion are discussed; testing may cross-contaminate.

The front desk lady is the rudest person ever. Cares nothing about patients.

You may see the Dr the first time you go in but from then on its a p a . He has very strange bedside manner. Want to talk politics or religion. None of his business.

The way they drug test is the worst. There may be 2 3 or 4 test in the wall. Then they test them side by side on a table. In my heart I know it cross contaminates.

I could go on forever. This is the worst place ever

User's recommendation: Never ever go there. Don't even take your animal there

AI Highlights
  • - Payment was made; the visit was canceled due to a THC policy.
  • - Billed for services not rendered; sent to collections; records looked edited.

I contacted NS&PC to re-continue my pain management prescriptions previously used for another awaited surgery. I informed them pre-appointment, to ensure there would be no conflict, that I stopped using pain meds bc I wanted to try out a THC prescription.

On the day of my apt I completed personal data on their provided tablet stating the same and it was no issue until after they collected payment. Minutes after my payment I was told the doctor wouldn't be seeing me bc I had a prescription for thc and that was the co policy. Nowhere did it state this, this convo lasted a few minutes, then weeks later they billed me again for services not rendered! I call them and they seemed to agree but only partially as they only reduced my bill.

I got sick, they then sent this to a collection agency. Once I gathered the notes compiled from my visit, as I am considering taking them to court out of principal, they provided me with an edited print out of the data I completed, and the PA entered, from my apt.. Making this far more shady, the medical data from the PA was clearly copy and pasted from an apt I had with them years ago when I was overweight. One sentence reads they discussed me being obese with me and the next sentence that I'm in shape.

So much of the data, in attempt to show an appointment actually took place, was information I provided or the doctor completed (that I did not see) from years ago.

After many calls they were unable to provide information related to who keeps the recorded phone calls so they sent me to call the advertised customer complaint line/company that they have posters of in the front office. Well, this company was passed I called bc they stopped doing business with them early last year and National Spine & Pain Center employees continue to give out their information.

Lastly, my apologies for any grammatical errors I'm writing this on the fly at work and am trying to include as much detail as possible within the limited time I have to do so.

Good luck and please do not use companies like this!!

Pros:
  • By the end you will learn how much patience you have
Cons:
  • Extremely difficult to obtain information requested
  • Billed for services not provided

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY DO NOT USE!! I paid for services not rendered and I wrote this in hopes of saving you the frustration of bad business
