No tow truck ever showed up
I contacted them on Monday for a tow truck dispatch, and no tow truck was ever dispatched. They called me that evening to let me know they were closing my ticket and to try again tomorrow.
Its now Thursday and after 3 separate dispatch orders, I still have yet to get a tow truck here to assist me.
Customer service is horrific with not so much as an apology for all of this. Worst company Ive ever dealt with for anything!

Verified ReviewerThey go out of the way NOT to pay the claim
I called to inquire about the policy and the idiot that answered the call had started a claim! Now they will not create a NEW claim on Tires because I had inquired.
They claim that I had called to report previous damage to the vehicle. I was only inquiring about the items that are covered and the policy limit.

My keys locked in my truck
I could not get a hold of the supposed 24/7 roadside assistance. I had to go through someone else. Thank God they had got it done for me.
Roadside assistance did provide the assistance as they promised and still charged me!
I called for a tire change, first service couldn't provide the service, second call service was then provided but they still charged me, the service cost me because of the 72 hour rule. Well the first driver said he couldn't do it because of the location of the car, 2nd driver came, done the service and to me to submit a reimbursement, well the first drive then said that I didn't have a spare. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Record every call and visit!!!
I was talked into taking "GAP INSURANCE" at the purchase of my car
I purchased a new Impreza on 4-4-13..the finance person (Tom) talked me into taking gap insurance. He told me that if I cancelled same within a couple of months, that my 580 dollars would be fully refunded.
I cancelled same at the dealership on 6-10-13.
I also sent a follow up photo copy to the Gap admin...(NSD-Boca Raton, Fla.)..The day I cancelled, I went to the Subaru dealer and asked for Tom..he was on vacation. I was sent to the Mazda dealer, finance person, who was in a meeting. One of the sales staff, photocopied my gap insurance paperwork and told me that this guy would take care of same. I also sent a follow up photocopy of the gap insurance to FLa.
Believing that I would someday soon receive my check for 580..I waited and waited, NOTHING!!! So I want back to the dealer..on 9-19-13. Tom, (the finance guy) asked me to call the bank and get the act number and had me sign a release for what remained of the money.
I complained to him that I have already waited several months for nothing..he apologized and said he would get the paperwork off immediately.
Well, now its been another 30 days and NOTHING...I theorize that the Gap people dont want to send me my money. I am going to complain to the attny general and better business bureau next...Tom B
National Safe Driver
I totalled my car in an automobile accident. I submitted an insurance claim only to find out the insurance company made a major mistake and removed the collision off of all my cars and not just the older ones.
Now I am screwed. I called Hyundai and they suggested calling my GAP insurance provider. I made numerous requestes for them to look at the claim and I could not get a response.
If it is not a eligible claim the the premiums should have been returned. I simply do not know if it is a valid claim or not with no response.
