Never been so mistreated by a company
This company is disrespectful unprofessional extremely rude and treats you the worst I've ever been treated.They do not care about people/customers they will talk down to you will not listen .They will continue to send magazines you do not want or order and will send you a bill .They have no respect for elders and have treated them extremely poorly.I highly recommend you DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM...they are cheats Better Business Bureau has been notified.I rate this company a big 0.

Cancellation and credit of $95.98
This happened at my home in Lebec, Ca.
I was told that there would be no more with drawls from my acct that it was completed. Then for the next two month $47.99 was pulled.
I questioned that and did not get an answer. I also tried to stop the extra magazines from coming. That didn't work either.
Please cancel all magazines coming to me and refund the extra two months to my acct. I am very displeased with this business and would not recommend you to any one.

Recieved 13 magazine's I did not order. Tried to cancel. Very rude people. Stopped payments and they were going to turn me over to collections, they called and wanted over 500.00 to settle, I'm paying
June still getting piles of magazines. Rip off should be put out of buisness, nothing but a scam

I really cannot tell you how long this has been going on. I only ordered 4 magazines, they are charging me $36.
every two weeks. The reason why I found out was because of looking for some info within my checking account and it kept coming up. My impression and I guess the way that it was presented to me I was under the impression that I paid a certain amount of money and after I finished paying for it, I would not have to pay for another year or so.
When this was noticed, on my account I called, the guy apologized for the problem and said that I would have to only pay double for approximately 5 more months. I did not agree and he offered me some incentives of new books , etc.
It was not what I wanted. He sent me out the letter and showed that if I wanted to I could change to any other time I could. Now I have been informed that I have so many months on the first policy and then I have to pay $36 for 10 months. Until that time, I really didn't know that I had been spending out this kind of money.
I cannot cancel, be cause I will be charged $15 late fee each time, There is no one that can talk to me and relinquish this contract. It is suppose to just go on.
I am done. They're even laughing about attempting to get an attorney, This really sucks.

I looked at my bank account & saw I was charged $55 today. I’ve called the number two times & didn’t get anything but the answer machine giving me the hours they were open & then they hung up on me.
I don’t know what this payment is for. Please answer me.
This company is unethical!
This company continues to send a ridiculous amount of magazines after three attempts to stop them. Do not let them get your information. They will rob you of your money!
Unauthorized extension
this company alledged that this subscription was for 12 month and took it upon themselve to extend it for almost 24 months. This business should be shut down immediately and never permitted to sell anything.
Preferred solution: discontinue any contractual extension in my name, that you authorized

Piles of magazines, hundreds of dollars!
Somehow my elderly dad has gotten scammed by these people more than once. He has stacks upon stacks of magazines that he never wanted or needed.
He has probably lost thousands of dollars because they’ve hooked him in some how. I’ve tried to get them to stop, but they get “ordered” again.
They tricked me
I received a letter in the mail telling me to call the # provided to be entered into this major sweepstakes no purchace necessary so I called the number the first part of the phone call went just fine it was when I was told that I was being transferred to confirm my number on my sweepstakes entry that I got a person but not let me get a word in edgewise and not take no for an answer I don't know how many times I told him I couldn't afford it I'm on SSI I can't afford no magazines well long story short I started receiving magazines in the mail and then I was being taken off my card I called them they told me that I had agreed to so many months are getting magazines I was getting a great deal because they reduce the price for me by good amount for me able to receive the magazine I told him I didn't want no magazines all I did was calling number that I was told to call no purchase necessary well next thing I know I'm listening to our conversation I'm a recording that they play back to me and you can plan be here twisted everything around to where I was so confused and then ask a simple short question after all the confusion I remember them saying something about why many months or so about something until that moment apparently I agreed you 20 months of $27.99 taken off my card 420 months mind you this is after I told him I was at SSI I cannot afford it they told me that I cannot cancel until that time 20 months was up I don't even read magazines so why would I order them or want them I even hung up on him and they called me back if they were to tell me that I owe them for all these months i will be getting ahold of them now to see how many more months they will be ripping me off for. After its has been 20 mons i better NEVER here from these people again. If i answer my phone & they try the rwnewal thing i will turn them in for fraud and harassment
Cancel Please
My passed away and I need to sort through expenses to see where we stand so I have been calling different ones to cancel til I can get things lined out. They tell me I'm passed my cancel date I just simply want to cancel.
And on top of that I cannot get the bank to block payments because of their so called contract. They are worse than Sprint. All I wanted to do was cancel, get funds lined out and restart??? but now I just wanted them to go away.
So I and kind of pissed and confused.
How can somebody force to you to do something or pay for something that you no longer need. What happened to the customer is always right?

Will not let me cancel subscription and stop taking payments out of my account.

i started getting magazines,i never ordered any magazine subscriptions. Then i got a phone call and they asked if i was getting the magazines,
I said yes,but i hadn't ordered any magazines and didn't want any. She badgered me , so instead of saying NO to the magazines, i agreed to
to take a couple magazines. Well today i got a bill from the Family Circle magazine. i couldn't figure out what was going on. i called NRE and said i wanted to cancel, but now i will call my bank and put a stop on their transaction. i hope they don't try to get any money from me. I know
they are an unacceptable to thd BBB. I think this company runs a lousy company.
