Improper cancellation interest charges!?
i received a call from national recovery agency o/b/o columbia house regarding an account from 2005, i said, what account; that account was cancelled and what ever cd's order paid for; i faxed it to you; then she had the nerve to acknowledge they did receive my request to have the membership cancelled, but it was done improperly; so they have charge me "improper cancellation interest" from 2005, in the amount of $87.76 right before katrina; i said are you kidding me, she then asked do you still have a copy of the fax regarding cancellation; i'm thinking these people are crazy. OMG! Hurrican!, "let me get that cancellation!
