Cancel ticket

I have no answer of my email which is my issue to cancel my train ticket and refund me my money the train service is transport of Wales I am from Telford central my email is puniakulwinder7@***.com

Not got a problem with my card I have o ly used this card o ce an have no trouble with it. I do not understand why there is supposed to be so.thi g wrong. I have had no problem and the assistance with my travel has been a pleasant experience.

Assistance for myself is a great help to make sure I get the right train and platform.

I use a mobility scooter that is quite heave to lift on and off the train.

I am sending this to Thank all involved during my journey from Eastbourne to Ewell West on Wednesday 29thNovember 2023. On arrival at Eastbourne Station a charming young man named Ismael kindly carried my luggage and took me to the ticket office.

I am so pleased that the office is going to remain open. After buying my new rail card and ticket from equally cheerful staff. Ismael and Tim stood me in a warm spot till my train came in and then they ushered me in to a carriage ( they even waved goodbye as the train left)

At Clapham Junction I was helped from the train and onto the next one by two more cheerful but frozen! Platform staff. At Ewell West more help was there. My son was on the platform waiting and then I was safely in his home. I am 80 years old and recently widowed. I know my darling husband would be thankful for such kindness and gentlemanly people

So NO complaints from me only THANKS. Barbara ***
