I sent a registered letter to this management company in Valencia, California. I have not received a reply yet but today is Saturday.
They owe me money and should add the registered mail costs to my request total. Because today is Saturday I believe I will not get a reply until Monday. But I will continue my quest.
I plan on contacting other companies to send my complaint to for help to get my money returned to me. I am looking for any suggestions as this is a Management company.
They are the parent company of my HOA. I have sent a copy of my checking account showing money going directly to National Property Management and not to my HOA. There has been no response except they believe my EFT was returned. It was returned when it was first sent in.
But it was input again by someone at National Property Management.
It shows where money was deducted from checking account by National Property Managment.
This company said that I am mistaken but I have also sent my checking account information showing money withdrawn from my account.
I am a new widow and very elderly so all the help I can get is important.
What is the next step. Should I contact elder abuse?

Toni,
Sorry, this will be our last email on this matter. I realize you feel we are the ones who do not understand but the facts are rather simple.
NPMG does not receive your payments, period! All payments go directly to the HOA bank. Though we believe you are inaccurate in your statements about this payment being made, even if this were true, you would need to take this up with the new management company. As we have now stated on numerous occasions, we do not have access to the HOAs bank and thus cannot issue a reimbursement.
Please deal with the new management company.
Please do not email us any further on this matter.

Sorry YOU do not understand. I have sent my checking account history to you more than once.

You do not understand that my checking account was reduced my $406.62. How did you account for the extra funds in National Property Management account?

Cheyenne,
You have not been helpful to me. As a new widow I sent money in error to National Property Management and it was input to my bank twice by you or someone in your office.
See my previous emails sent to you.
I have researched this EFT and worked directly with my bank. This EFT went directly to National Property Management and not to my HOA. I was input twice and money was sent from my account to National Property Management not to my HOA. My HOA was not involved only National Property Management.
The first time the EFT was sent to National Property Management was on March 7, 2022 it was returned by my bank to you or someone at National Property Management.
It was input again on September 20, 2022.
The amount of $406.62 was taken from my checking account and never credited to my account. I have sent you my bank information on more than one occasion showing the amount deducted from my account by National Property Management.
As a NASA employee for several years in accounting this EFT has not been accounted for by you or your department. How do you balance your account?
Money went directly to National Property Management from my checking account but never credited to my HOA account. I have verified this with my bank.
I only have late fees from my HOA.
A CHECK IS DUE TO ME TODAY FOR $406.62.

I have not received a response from National Property Management regarding these missing funds. How was this inome accounted for at National Property Managment? Income from what?
I have sent a copy of my checking account showing the amount deducted from my account by National Property Managment.
It was sent in twice by someone at National Property Managment.
I believe this money is still due me as National Property Managment deducted this money from my checking account in the amount of 406.62.
I can be reached at: 818 857-****.
I have sent this documentation before. Who else can I speak with regarding these funds.? I have only received a email from someone at National Property Management that believes the check was returned but failed to look at the documents showing the deduction of these funds from my checking account. He only looked at one of the parts of the puzzle.
It was EFT so no check was written.
Where is the accounting justification for this amount of money taken from my checking account? Where was it applied and to what account? Accounting justification??

Cheyenne,
The money was taken from my account by National Property Management directly.
It did not go through the HOA at all. I sent the money to National Property Management with an EFT. You have a copy of the money taken from my account that was sent to you by my bank. Because I made the same error again my bank was able to correct the last error but not the previous error.
I do not need to check with Pacific Premier Bank only National Property Management as money was taken directly by your company not by Pacific Premier Bank. The money sent was not sent by check.
Please check your records for un accounted money into your account. As I said before the EFT was sent to National Property Management directly.
National Property Management sent in the EFT first on March 7th and then cashed on September 2022. Please check your records as it never went through a HOA account.
Also I have given you the name of the bank manager that has a history recording these funds taken from my account.
Thanks you,
Antonette Burke

Hello,
The attached chargeback says Pacific Premier Bank. When your HOA's had accounts with NPMG, The HOA used Alliance Bank. Please contact your new management company for assistance.

Cheyenne,
Do you have enough documentation to justify these funds taken from my account?
Please make the check for $406.62 to Antonette Burke at 3329 View Pointe Drive, Westlake Village, CA 91361.
Based on your last email it appears that more justification is needed to have my funds returned. What other documentation do you need? I have given you my bank's vice president phone number and email. Have you spoken to him?
He had supporting documentation at one time.
Because the funds went directly to National Property Management on the dates I have given you it would not have been sent through the Management Company or my HOA; but directly to National Property Management. Your accounting department should have records and if they don't how was justification for these funds applied?
