Hi, something is strange and fishy about this review, the sellers of this property are named Peter and Dianne and only 1 party has signed the agreement up until today which is 5 / 19 / 2025, This review was written when only 1 out of the 2 sellers had signed the agreement making it incomplete. As you can tell by the pictures you posted.
I've spoken with the sellers and they are unaware of RUSSELL P HAE, which has no affiliation to this property. Also we are officially under contract as of today 5 / 19 /2025 with both sellers, they are currently going through a divorce and we haven't received any negative feedback from them, we are big on service and reputation and if there is a problem please let us know directly.
