Scammers
I received a letter stating they could lower my mortgage. I went through the paperwork part, and then they wanted a $1831.99 payment, which I thought would go to my mortgage company.
After talking with them, they said they never heard of NPA or were working with them.
So we are out of money and having a hard time playing catch-up. The BBB has never heard of NPA, so I just sent a complaint to the New York State's Attorney General.

Scam steal your money and don't answer my phone or email and very rude
Fraud and scams take your money and disappear. When you call them, they are rude and hang up. To heck with Eli Brody, if that's his real name.

*** poor Service
This company still owes me $5000 for doing absolutely nothing. How can this be?
They reduced my mortgage by $500 yet there is no record of my three payments, and when I call and email, there is no answer or response. I sold my house, but do not go with them.
Sue, sue, sue or go with another lender. *** 0% effort and why are they in business?

Lucky customer service
I chose these guys because they offered $350 less than my mortgage. I went through all the paperwork and gave them the reduced mortgage for the contracted three months we both agreed on.
Now they are avoiding my calls and emails, and I have a seller who wants to buy my house. These people are terrible and no one should do business with them.

I just received a phone call letting me know that my mortgage company never entered into an agreement with them & they never received my payment. They stole my money, its a scam!

Seemed sketchy
We received paper mail about a homeowners' assistance program from this company and called the phone number. Once I talked to someone on the phone, I was skeptical.
They sent me an email asking for personal information, and I did not send it back.
Once I looked up the reviews, it sounded like it's definitely a scam. Just not worth the risk!

Scam AND Liers
They charge you thousands of dollars for a "modification" that can be done for free if you just call your lender. This Is scam AND they change the name of the company AND keep stealing money from people. There Is no even a headquarter un NY.

I wanted help with a loan modification so I called this company. The offered me a modifications but then i found out that this person megan was a scammer that wants people to send her money for a modification that can be done without paying a dime.

what do you mean they are a scam?? i cant believe it :(
We've been fooled by them too, feel awful that people like this exist and are willing to take from others when they're most vulnerable. It's so sad...someone should sue them, have class action lawsuit.
