Lied, bullying, shut off phones, billed monthly even though we don't use their services

We were lied to about several issues. 1. They are NOT First Data, they are NPA 2. Didn't average 4 months, took our best month 3. Fine print, if we didn't hit our best month numbers for processing we would be on the hook for the lease of 5 phone lines with the cc processing terminal = $532.10 PER month for 60 months = $31,926. FIVE phones, not 50, not 500! 4. They told us At&;t turned our phones off, to transfer to their service...At&t didn't do anything, they did it. We were without phones & cc processing for 2 days, while our clients heard "number out of service" when calling thinking we were out of business left with their jewelry. 5. Harrassed us over the phone to sign new contract or they would sue thing they didn't lie about, they are suing us for $8k in small claims court even though we didn't use any services or products. 6. Their contract says all litigation would be via arbitration, not small claims court. 7. They do business here in California, why wouldn't they file here in CA? Possibly because CA would throw this out. Company harrassing & bulling other small mom & pop companies, the heart & soul of our country. Terrible company to do business with. has them as a corporate sponsor so they correct any complaints quickly so no one is warned. I am warning all to stay away from NPA. RUDE, LIARS & WILL SUE YOU FOR ANY LITTLE THING...WHO ELSE IS WRONGED BY THIS COMPANY WE WILL START A CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THESE PREDATORY COMPANIES & THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED!
