Bought a concord above ground pool from Doheny 7 years ago. Liner dry rotted way before 20 year warranty. Sent me wrong size replacement and refused to take it back. Found this company completely by accident and was hesitant to order because of my bad past experience. But had a good feeling talking to the tech rep who answered my call about measuring and ordering right liner multiple times. The liner I received was beautiful and fits perfectly and way better and cheaper than expected. Extremely happy and will be ordering all supplies from them from now on.

Numerous parts missing from the shipment.

This company has horrible customer service. Purchased a $4000.00+ above ground pool with not less than 12 parts missing from the shipment. But received a box of 22 PVC connectors that go nowhere in the installation. No pool cove, thermometer, vac hose, pole, head, or wall brush that was paid for. Railing items were missing which were eventually resent after having to send photos back. Wouldn't send the invoiced missing parts because they said they took some lame photo of the shipment in shrink wrap from their location of the boxes which means nothing when drop shipped in the driveway. Wouldn't use this company again, ever. Lesson learned the hard way. Also dropping a note to the pool manufacturer about the experience.

They didn't deliver a liner or half the wall pieces. When we called to ask for help they hung up and disconnected their phones.

I purchased a oval swimming pool 10x15 and when it was going to be installed it was a 15x30, they told me they was not going to replace it.

I got in touch with papal and they said I can return it, but at my own cost. The cost to return the pool was more than the pool itself. I am having a hard time getting in contact with them to see how much it would cost to use their shipping. The cost for me to return the pool without their discount is more than the pool itself. I don't know why I would have to pay for the cost of the pool being returned anyway when it was the company who shipped the wrong product. I have never purchased any thing from a company who charges a customer shipping fees for their mistake and not even provide them with their shipping discount to return the Item. I am very disappointed in this company and I don't expect them to stay in business very long with these practices. I would not ever purchase anything from this company again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I have purchased things from abroad and have had a better experience with them from when I purchase things from my own country and that is not good.

Purchased a 30' above ground pool liner with a 20 year warranty and this winter it split just above the seam. The split was over 3 feet long. I had a bladder and chemicals to winterize the pool as well as, a pool cover. I found out a 20 year warranty means nothing unless they feel it's a manufacturer defect. The warranty is really just to entice the buyer to purchase and give you a false sense of security that the expensive price you paid for the liner has a company standing behind their product. Warranty is a joke and they offer no refund or replacement under the warranty. Liner lasted barely 4 years. I will not be replacing the liner using this company. Submitted claim with pictures and they were quick to reply and deny the coverage by the warranty. I work for a manufacturing company and we would not treat customers that way. We would be out of business with that kind of service.

Seems like its not National Pool Wholesalers you have an issue with, its the Manufacturer, GLI Pool Products.. who appears to make the liners.

Customer Service Review

I can not get any body on the phone for customer service. I'm told by the sales department that they can't help me that I must talk to customer service. I don't think they exist. They sent the wrong pump and um stuck with it. I've made a claim through Bbb we will see how that goes.
