Purchased 130 pens. with name and phone numbers.
They all have incorrect phone number and as such they are useless for our business.
Their system is not very good, I was sent an email for confirmation, all my info was correct.
I evidently did not notice the little darken box where it was incorrect.
All my business advertisement purchases elsewhere always email me showing exactly what I have entered to be printed, I can correct or approve.
They do not do that.
Even over the phone, they tell me I did not sign up for the email proofing...
WHAT?
That should be automatic, you send a proof, I approve or make changes right...???
So they would not help, either return pens, correct mistake, send me some pens with correct number (even 50 pens would have satisfied me)
or some sort of refund.
NOTHING! I had to pay for the botched order in full.
Even If I made the mistake (which I doubt, as all my info was correct in their account and should have matched the print on the pen, which they did not bother to double check)
I feel they are at the very least half responsible for the error, and they should have sent me half the order with correct printing.
USELESS advertisement pens.

How, when it is a Friday at 1:26 est time, is your office currently closed? It's not even a holiday!
I am thoroughly upset that no one is available to speak to.
When I'm going to be spending what I will be spending. I would appreciate a call immediately!
Preferred solution: A) get someone on the phone, alplogies, offer price reduction and expediate the shipping since now I have to wait 4 days to even try again to even speak to someone.considering the office was techically open on friday 5/27/22 at 1:20 est

This is the 3rd time I've tried to order. Each time after my order I've had to contact them, and inquire about the status of my order.
Each time they told me that my order is out of stock and id have to wait months to receive my product. I'm very upset i had planned on using these for a marketing event and now they wont be here. I'm never ordering again.
They advertise too many items that aren't in stock, and the shipping time is way to long. Also disappointed in the customer service they never contacted me about the delays, or out of stock items.

Tired of their money grabbing ways!
Company moved to Jamaica yet lied to us and said our jobs were secure. Started laying people off inside a year.
Paid some a severance, then COVID-19 starts. Uses that to let more go while keeping some who have been there for 20 or more years.
Now to find out they are letting a friend who has been there 36 years go with $500.00 severance. What trash they really are!

Pens.com they are rip off
I used pens.com website to order 100 pens for my small business, first of all when i ordered first time i had to wait my order 2 month because of their shortage of that certain product. this time also i ordered from them on january 7 2014...
still same issue and they claim they left me a voicemail. which is not. i call them every week but they keep do the same thing. I'm tired of this company.
they are rip off.
Also their supervisors are just all *** and worse than their customer service agents. They are even racist most of them
