Order number 151**** was short one item likely due to torn envelope. I have already notified UPS
There never was an issue with National Parts Depot - it was the shipper. Nonetheless NPT sent a replacement item free of charge.

- - He said the worker is one of his best, and was dismissive.
- - I sent details and photos about two vents, but got the wrong parts.
Simply put, I talked to a supervisor a few minutes ago. And he told me that,that particular person I was complaining about was one of his best guys.
I basically told him that the guy had to be incompetent. Because I explained in concise detail and also sent several emails with pictures included pertaining to my situation. With the 2 - vents and the ended up still sending me the wrong part's and the supervisor I spoke with was being dismissive and told me that. He's not trying to argue with me about the guy's competency.
I told him I'm not here to argue with you. I'm just pointing out facts.
If the guy was so proficient in his job duties, why did he send me the wrong parts? It's not rocket science!!

- - Purchased a neutral switch for a 1956 Ford Thunderbird, order 647624.
- - The NPD switch failed; bypass of the starter solenoid was needed.
I purchased a neutral switch for my 1956 Ford Thunderbird in February of 2021. Order # 647624.
The restoration has been completed last month, and the car has approximately 150 miles since the restoration. The neutral switch I purchased from NPD has failed and left me with having to bypass the starter solenoid to get it started and back home. I replaced this part to make the car reliable, that was the intent. This part looks like a cheap Chinese reproduction.
The actuator bell rank actually came off of the switch, rendering it inoperable. I feel that NPD should make good on this part. It was very time consuming trying to remove the switch without disturbing the new interior or underneath the car.
I reinstalled the original switch and used the short wiring harness off the new switch. Sincerely, Hal Robinson Robinson Restos, LLC 928-486-****
