National Matress & Furniture Warehouse.Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I saw an ad for a sofa and love chair. I called the store to check on delivery. I was told that it was 70.00 for delivery. I asked why it was so much and the woman was very rude, and she said that although she would not "debate" their delivery charge, that all I would be responsible for was disposing of the plastic covering, and that everything else would be taken care of. Under those conditions I went to the store and made my purchase. At the store, once more I asked if about the delivery, and she said "everything would be taken care of except the plastic covering". After I paid for the purchases I was told there was No refund...there was no sign that I saw in the store, and I was not told before my credit card was charged. They DID have fast delivery and the furniture was delivered the next day. When the delivery men arrived, they refused to put the furniture where I wanted it because the old couch had to be moved. after a call to the store, where the "customer Service Rep" was once more very rude. The delivery men finally moved the couch out of the way and set up the new couch. The Love Seat was torn and I would not accept it. They were angry and tried to have me sign that I had accepted deliver of the items in perfect condition.I refused. Will have to wait and see if I get my Love seat undamaged and in a timely manner.
