Mail flyer

the flyer that came in the mail today is disgusting. It uses a young female cheerleader as a sex object. I have no objections to your right to advertise your services, but to use a young girl as a sex object crosses the line. I have a 17 year old grand daughter who is a cheerleader. Your services are probably for older men - and to imply they can *** with an underage cheerleader if they use your services is deplorable. It even has a hidden message of rape, since a young cheerleader would want nothing to do with an older man.

Stay Away

Upon hearing advertisements on the local radio I decided to go to Numale Medical as I am 46 yrs of age and felt that my testosterone level was not at the level that it could be. I want to preface the following by saying that I was not there for erectile dysfunction, but really was interested in finding out what my testosterone levels where. Upon arriving and checking in I had my blood drawn, which took a while to find my veins according to the staff, which really should have been my first sign of complete ineptness. Once my blood was drawn an individual by the name of Josh came in and proceeded to perform an ultra sound on me. He then came back and proceeded to inject a chemical into my penis which he told me would cause an erection. I asked him what my blood test showed and he informed me that we wouldn't get those back for a couple days. I questioned how he was able to determine the amount of what he injected in me at which time he just responded that its a low safe dosage. Then next thing you know while I am starting to experience a strong erection a sales person by the name of Marcos comes in and begins to give a sales pitch that reminded me of a stereotypical used car sales person from years ago. He sold on emotion, pressure and every other approach one whose commission relied on it. Worse than that as I was sitting in the room afterwards waiting for Josh to come back I overheard him talking about me and I quote "ya he isn't buying, yet but if you get him asking more questions step out and I'll come back in and give him a hard close". By this time I was furious and felt very stupid as I sat there with a prolonged erection. When Josh reentered the room I told him I was done and leaving. Josh informed me that he needed to inject me with Phenylephrine in an effort to bring down my erection. I immediately looked it up online and saw that Phenylephrine has been linked to erectile dysfunction. Upon reading this I said no way. He had me a sign a medical waiver and at that time I left. Well a couple hours passed and even though I tried all the things that the form I was given suggested that I do nothing worked. Against my better judgement(of course going to Numale medical in the first place was against my better judgement). I went back there and by this time was in a great deal of pain. Josh came in and the first thing he said was and I quote "well we know we gave you to much" and over the course of 30 minutes injected me 3 times gradually bringing down my erection. The fourth time he proceeded to inject me with a needle directly in order to be more aggressive with the dosage as he put it. Upon receiving my fourth injection within in an hour I had a violent headache that brought me to my knees. I have never experienced any type of medical event like this. The reaction of the entire staff was clearly that of a complete lack of knowledge as to what to do with me at this stage. At one point I was left alone as it become clear to me nobody had any idea what to do. Over about an hours time period I started to feel a little better, however had a headache that lasted off and on for about week. On top that I had bruising all over my penis from the injections that was very painful. This incident happened on a Thursday and finally on Monday I called the clinic as no one bothered to follow up and check on my well being. I was informed because I didn't follow their initial instructions I would not be getting a refund of my initial $149.00. I went to my own physician who when I informed him of where I went he just rolled his eyes and said "I certainly would never go to a place like that". This in my opinion is an operation that preys on the emotions of people and lacks complete professionalism. I would absolutely consult your primary physician before ever going to a place like this. If you have any questions feel free to call me at 512-809-****. Matt PS. Let it be known I have waited over three weeks to post this in hopes that I would receive a phone call from someone in senior management, but that of course never transpired.

Back again...............

I'm the same guy as is in the first review. I'm here to update my complaint. I hired an attorney to sue these guys and everything was looking good when he suddenly dropped my case without so much as a reason why. I'm convinced that the 7 lawyers who own OCMMC either paid him off or frightened him off the case. He wrote one letter demanding my refund with a threat of court action if they didn't comply, and they stallked him for months. Then he suddnly said he was off the case. If any of you out there know oif an attorney with some morals, BALLS and experience, I'd still like to file a class action suit. They still owe me $1,842.00.

Crooks stole my money

August 20th, 2014 Attention current and prospective patients of Orange County Male Medical Clinic: I am a 65 year old former patient of this clinic for the past 2 years. I was asked to prepay $2,009.00 to them for my 100 future doses of medication. When the medication didn’t work, I requested a refund, again and again and again for nearly 2 years. They owe me $1,842.00 at this point, but continue to refuse to reimburse me. As I’m disabled and living on social security, this was a substantial investment for me. If you’re new, don’t be a sucker and give them your money. The medication is grossly overpriced and they will try to bill you for medicine you never received as well as medicine that was out-of-date (ie. Expired) or that didn’t w ork properly. Don’t be a fool and believe them as I did! If you’re already a patient, my advice is to keep diligent records of every office visit conversation, phone conversation, whom you spoke with, the medicine that you receive, and the effectiveness of each dose, and what you reported back to the technicians in the office. Also obtain a copy of the clinic’s written records of your case and compare your chart with your own records. You may be amazed at the discrepancies. The male Medical Clinics are owned, by the way, not by medical doctors, but by 7 unethical and unscrupulous attorneys who, in my case screwed me over every way they could and continue to do so. I believe they likely rob many other patients in my position simply because the patients are too embarrassed to stand up in small claims court against 7 lawyers and publicly admit that they have trouble achieving an erection. There’s likely not much of anything more humiliating to any man than that……….and that, I presume, is exactly their strategy for preying upon their patients. Incidentally, I have since visited another urologist (in La Jolla no less) who told me that he would be happy to prescribe 6 months worth of the very same Tri-Mix formula they had tried to sell me………….for a total cost of $125.00 vs. the $2,009.00 the Orange County Male Medical Clinic had charged me. So, even when they aren’t outright robbing their customers, they’re seriously gouging them on the medication cost. I would be willing to do anything from sue them in small claims court (with the help of media coverage) to march publicly up and down in front of their Irvine office carrying a sign protesting their treatment of me in front of television cameras. I don’t give a damn about whatever “dignity” I have left at this point – I just want to burn them to the ground for putting myself ( and my wife) through this humiliation. With the baby boomers in their mid-60’s now, I suspect there are many more men being shamed like this. If you too have been getting jerked around, email me at rickennedy@***.com. Maybe we can get a class action suit going against these crooks. Best regards, Rick Kennedy

Not able to get injections I paid for

I went to clinic for exam and purchased 48 injections for impotence and got sick and when I was better 1yr I tried to get injections and could not. I am a *** consumer who can't get money back and I had paid off the full amount. It is a scam from the get go, because my real doctor said they don't have anything better than what he has to treat me.They are still out there stealing from men hoping for that miracle. They tell you all they want to do is help you and even get you the financing with Care Credit I want my money but it will cost more to file against them. If it sounds to good to be true it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Correction:

Perhaps one can get what one pays for with them...But at least in my case, it seems like they are highly evasive and utterly non-responsive. Seems like a scam job to me, but I can only state this re: my experience with them.

Can't state it's a universal given. However,i.m.h.o., buyer beware!! I'd like to see what others' experience is. Has anyone else paid them and not gotten any response from them, as if they are entitled to just take your money and not give you service nor the items for which you paid them??

And the *** rightwingers say "no" to more regulation!

Well, folks, when it comes to *** meds, apparently the invisible hand of capitalism is stroking us big time. Pissed enough for you?

#786270

Same scam here in L.A. Paid in full for a lfetime supply of ED meds, totaling over $6,000.00!

Can't get a response to my calls to their mgr. or from anyone else. My emails have gone unanswered as well over weeks and weeks.

I have asked about the name of the compound pharmacy they use so I can check out it's hygiene, reputation, etc. Lots of encephalitis and meningitis concerns, as no FDA oversight or regulations associated with compund pharmacies.

I feel this is one whole hog ripoff. They take your money, then you vcan't get what you paid for. Why isn't 60 minutes on their *** instead of giving nauseating *** to the military and "heroes" and other such tripe?! Why isn't the FBI doing anything about this company?

***, they're reading this post, so get on it boys. Whaddya say?

National male medical clinic

Absolute *** who will lie to your face while they empty your wallet. Went in there never trying any ED meds and they almost forced me into trying an injection of a medication called tri-mix. Gave me some b.s. about it being part of their testing. I bought 25 of their sublinguals to try and when I found out that they are the same medicine I can get from my doctor COVERED BY INSURANCE I asked for my money back. Now they are giving me the run around about final sales and the meds working. I told them they lied to me from the beginning and that is reason enough to get my money back. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone except my enemies.

No Refunds

The Los Angeles Male Medical clinic (Centinela, Los Angeles) failed to deliver my prescription in a timely manner so I cancelled my order. This is when the nightmare begins. They refused to credit back my card the cost of the prescription plus the freight cost I advanced so I disputed the charge with my card provider. They claimed ALL SALES ARE FINAL even though I never received my order. According to the UCC code, No sale is final until you physically received the goods. DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS they want you to sign. If you have to, cross out and initial the lines you find doubtful or object to.

A physically and economically painful experience.

National Male Medical Center, specifically Los Angeles Male Medical Clinic is a total rip off. I went there last week for a treatment that I was told would "cure" my ED in the first visit. I thought that this was finally the answer to my problem after trying many other treatments. I made the appointment. It cost me $99 for the doctors visit which included some time with the doctor going over basic medical info, then a few tests that supposidly check for damage of some kind or or something like that. Then they said right off the bat that I needed injection therapy. I had read about this online before I was fairly open minded, but then the doctor gave me in the injection and nothing happened. He said he needed to try a different strength and then injected me again. That didn't work either and then he said one more. At this point I said no because I didn't think it was safe to get jacked up with all this medication. I said thank you but that this wasn't for me. They charged me the $99 anyways, even though their ad stated that I would have a "cure". The next morning my *** was bruised and extremely tender. It was very painful. I am sure that this works for some guys since the place was very busy, but I would say do your research. After doing some more since my appointment I've found that there are several private practices that have similar treatment and there are a few other big companies who have been doing this thing. I'm going to go back and try viagra again.
