Placed order 4/15 received confirmation and notification confirmed and deduction of funds for order on same date for dining set. Product supposedly shipped 4/20 and in possession of NationalLogistics on 4/21.
Per site 'white glove delivery', and should be delivered in 1-3 weeks. Product is still not here and no idea on when it will deliver. I beleive I just read in the Chicago SunTimes that there is federal law that deals with companies that don't deliver as stated. Next step find that law.
The only thing that they have offered is a 10% refund so far ($40).
NOT happy. I paid $100 for shipping, the 10% doesn't even cover the freight.
