Prime example of anti-humanist programs for grant funding and brainwashing the public into normalcy bias into moral relativism and solipsism of human chimeras in a social engineering experiment. Prime example of information knowledge suppression hoping that this would never be examined, exposed, and grant funding to continue unabated.
