Exam Technology issues
Hello,
I had an online appointment to take my exam at 8:30 and while following the instructions to download the PSI Extension to my computer it wasnt able to download and it was taking a while to load taking up the entire 30mins i had until forfeiting my exam time. I have proof that i was trying to contact an employee/ use the help option on the NHA website.
I want a refund or a chance to reschedule my exam. I followed instructions and was logged in on time but due to the technical difficulties i wasnt allowed to take the exam.
