- - Certificate for Certified Billing and Coding Specialist is unavailable.
- - It is difficult to obtain it due to mobility limits and no home printing.
I needed to obtain an official degree like certificate stating that I am a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist but learned that this is no longer available. I believe that I should have received an official certificate when I passed my national certification exam in August.
So disappointed that I never received anything official. Not easy for me to get up to the school so it will take effort for me to obtain this document. Im in a wheelchair and so I have to have human assistance to do anything outside of my home.
Im unable to print it at home, dont have a printer. Thx anyway

Hello,
I had an online appointment to take my exam at 8:30 and while following the instructions to download the PSI Extension to my computer it wasnt able to download and it was taking a while to load taking up the entire 30mins i had until forfeiting my exam time. I have proof that i was trying to contact an employee/ use the help option on the NHA website.
I want a refund or a chance to reschedule my exam. I followed instructions and was logged in on time but due to the technical difficulties i wasnt allowed to take the exam.
