I think my gas bill on actions were estimated to high.blandlords neglect to address the issues. Ether landlord or gas company owes me a refund. Summer time gas bill shouldn't be high. No heat just ho.
My gas bill has been estimated for 9 months because I had no excess to my gas meter. That's in the basement.landlord won't address the problem.
I would like a statement of my gas bills from May through February. Thank you.

My Tenants have moved out and I needed to get the gas service changes to my name. Agent was helpful.

Overcharged on the bill ; fixed promptly.
When my bill is estamated , its usually on th high side. National Fuel was exceptional about fixing the issue.
