Me and my husband was at Diamond Jack Casino leaving the hotel and he went into the bathroom before going to eat and a gentalman in a burgandy shirt was on the cell phone making noise and had a complete attitude. He had tattoos on his arms and didnt caught his name on the name tag. Very unprefessional to be on the phone while at work.

He has conspired with local janitorial companies to subcontract and is misrepresenting himself to major hotels such as Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood and Hilton. These hotels think that his employees are performing the work when in reality, he is subbing out everything. He and his family are Canadian lawyers who bully their employees and associates. They invest in small failing US companies then attempt to quickly skim profits.
They hire illegal aliens and convicted felons through the use of sub contracting networks.
Beware of any attempt to use this company. Your guests are at risk as well as the property.

This company fails to pay its employees. I am an employee at Diamond Jacks Casino and haven't been paid in two weeks. Today they missed payroll.
I had a bad experience with this company also I spoke with James E King Jr to set up a cleaning job for our hotels. He first of all didn't show up on time and when he arrived he was obviously on drugs.
I don't even think he works for the company because the guy was totally unprofessional. I did some research on the internet and found that he is convicted felon with drug related problems. Whatever you do don't let this guy influence you to do business with him. You will be sorry as the job never got done and it was out sourced to some foreign guys that don't even speak English.
They did a horrible job and now I am having to get the work done again. BEWARE he is a smooth talking SCAM artist
