No way to contact anyone
Your phone number just has dumb recordings. No real body to contact and your email system is a complete failure .
It rejected my email . I hate your lack of personal customer care. I want a vintage National Enquirer issue.

Resolved: Not getting magazines
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally delivered the first issue to my 85 year old mother. Thank you for your assistance, I grately appreciate it
We paid for subscription as a gift to my mother & the check was cashed on Jan 21, never received the subscription. We called several times & they were going to manually start the tabloid but we never received it.
This is terrible customer service. They keep saying they will mail it but we never received it.

Not getting magazines
The National Enquirer Tabloid cashed my check for the subscription but never sent any issues. They cashed the check in January and it is almost April and they still have not sent any issues, this was a gift for an elderly person. Terrible customer service, she has been a client for over 40 years and they refuse to send the subscription to her.

False headlines
I think it's terrible the National Enquirer would publish a paper with the front page saying :Kate Wants Out" without any proof of that whatsoever. I think they make stuff up just to sell their paper and I hope they get sued for the defamatory headline and article about it. Now that she's announced she has cancer let's see what they make up next about her to sell their paper.

Magazines not coming
The National Enquirer and the Examiner stopped coming 6 weeks ago. I am very PO.
Also I sent in a Check for the Globe Jan 2. I got my first issue yesterday.
I paid for the National Enquirer and the Examiner on line and have confirmation numbers if needed. Please advise what to do now?

Crossword removal
They no longer have the original 2 crosswords. I do not plan on renewing because of this change . I am very disappointed.

Did not hear from them so it looks like I can't subscribe to their magazine from Canada. Only US residents can subscribe.
I am living in Canada and trying to find a way to subscribe to the National Enquirer and can only find a way to sign up for a subscription in the US. How can I subscribe to the magazine living in Canada?

Subscription
I really want to speak to a person. For the last three months my subscription has been coming in sporadically.
I dont see anything for a week and a half or two and then to magazine show up at the same time. Its really not acceptable when youre promising me a magazine each week. How can you make this up to me? Id like you to add three months of inquire for this household that you were putting me through.
Please make this up to me somehow. I really would appreciate it.
