Customer service never responds.
When I placed the order, it was declined. So I tried again and it went through the second time.
As I found out they charged twice, I immediately contact via email which they only provide (no contact phone number).
However, they never responded and the two exact same orders were shipped and arrived meantime. I contacted 5 times asking for the instruction as I only needed one order but still no response.
