HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! National Detail Pros...
- They hire contractors, not employees.
- I paid for the top package but got lower-tier service.
- Customer service and management were poor.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! National Detail Pros hires contractors to come out, not actual employees.
That is ok, however, I purchased the most expensive package and they related to the contractor that I paid the lowest package, I guess to save money? However, they did me, the customer wrong, and they undercut the contractor. When contacting them to let them know about the issue, I received the worst customer service and management was NO BETTER!
We work hard, all of us, not to be taken advantage of by people like this! I WOULD USE SOMEONE ELSE - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
