I need a copy of my certificate
No one ever answered the phone. This is an urgent situation and this is very unexceptable on so many levels.
They take your money and that is it. Just sorry.

The test. So I can get on with my certification with AEA.

I was in process of renewing my CPR,, had taken test and was starting to submit my billing info and the entire info went away, i am unable to retrieve it. I called and after about 20 tings I was disconnected. My name is Vivian Kay Ayers.
