National Probate Institute, Tellegenix

Just spent $3000 based on flim flammery of a slick dude named Lance Strauss. He claimed to be able to teach people how to buy real estate out of probate for huge discounts. It's absolute bull ***. The course I took was in Toronto, Canada and was handled by two "experts" named Larry and Marilyn Singer, who had little knowledge of real estate in Canada - and no knowledge of the real estate market in Toronto. Claims of getting real estate under contract with no money or $100 earnest money is Dorothy and Toto stuff. No Canadian Probate experience to share - most materials were for the American market. Good ole American Flim Flam artists. They should be arrested for fraud. I will be asking for my money back and reporting them to the provincial and federal authorities. Fooled me once Toronto, ON
