National autism resources.com has horrible customer service not honoring return policy

I was surfing the web for pictures to begin a pecs system with my 4-year-old autistic daughter when I came across nationalautismresources.com. After completing my purchase national autism resources.com sent me someone else's order then when I finally received the software it was outdated pecs from the 80's and instead of honoring their own return/exchange policy has decidedly chosen to completely ignore my emails and phone calls. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never order from this site again and will warn everyone I come across to do the same. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you say you are going to get right back to me it would be nice to keep your word otherwise have the common decency to return an email.
