I signed up with the company so could get some information about my aunt and it was so complicated and I didnt get anything I needed thats the reason of my complaint Im still at the place I stated from

My aunt had my mom and me as a beneficiary but my aunt never changed my mom maiden name to her marriage name due to dementia so the executor was proof of my mom maiden name in order to receive the benefits
