Non delivery of paid service - no response from customer service
I paid $195.00 for the company to obtain an official document from the US State Department. I was told processing time was 5 weeks. After 6 weeks, I was told processing time was now 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, told I would receive it within a week. It is now almost 12 weeks and nothing has been received. I have requested information via phone, via the company inquiry forms, via direct email, and cannot obtain any information - nor is the company willing to investigate the delay. Just noticed similar reports from YELP/NYC seems that this is how NP operates - makes promises, takes payment and doesn't deliver.
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE: EITHER INCOMPETENT OR A RIP-OFF.
