Please Be Advised of the following:

The above mentioned parents Father; Cladie B. Jordan 89yo and Mother; Captola Jordan 87yo are currently being severely abused by two of their biological daughters, known as Joyce Washington and Lavern Wilson-Jordan. Verbally, emotionally, Ageism, and Financial Exploitation, with proof of witnesses and legal documentation, available. (See attached documents listed as Exhibits.) The abuse has been long term, and continuously on going, the father Cladie B Jordan was recently rushed to the hospital on Friday 08/15/2014 by Paramedics in Grave condition and unresponsive to treatment, the father is currently fighting for his life at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in ICU, and has already received a blood transfusion.On 08/20/14 the father was moved to a re-habilitation facility to further his care, the father has stated that he feels like the Daughter Joyce is up to something and trying to put him away for good, he also is concerned that the wife has not been allowed to see him, and is concerned about her well-being.

The first allegation of abuse is to the mother Captola Jordan by Joyce Washington eldest daughter, birth order 4 of 15 employed by the County of Los Angeles as a County Officer. Joyce Washington resides at: 6225 E. Cedarbrooks RoadOrange, Ca. 92867(7**)**7-5197 cell(714)974-**** homeJoyce continuously verbally abuses the Mother by threatening to place her in a rest home.The mother cries for hours and becomes severely depressed and agitated, and agrees to do what ever Joyce wants her to do like signing checks, exploitation of documents, exploitation of notarized documents and statements. This behavior has stressed and saddened the father to no avail, and has caused his health to decline. The Mother is very afraid of her. She has separated the Mother and father into separate bedrooms as punishment to make them do certain things that she wants, the mother suffered a stroke and heart attack after this separation, the week before June 19,2012,this is the same day the mother and father were forced to sign a new living trust and will, giving Joyce first Power of Attorney and removing the youngest child Gary Jordan as first on the Power Of Attorney, without consents from the previous joint appointed "Power Of Attorney" recipients, Joyce claims and has written and texted to all the siblings, that she obtained this new Power Of Attorney through Legal Zoom on line, and that Legal Zoom Attorneys approved the new Power of Attorney, and also the County Assessor’s Office approved it and filed it in to County Records. This is not true, after contacting Legal Zoom by phone their representative stated that they are a document service company only! They do not okay, approve, provide Attorney services, or give legal advice, under any circumstances, no exceptions what so ever. This is Power Of Attorney Abuse; this type of abuse must be stopped immediately for the well being of our parents. Their latter years should not be spent in fear and as victims of any type of abuse. This behavior is totally unacceptable. (See Exhibit A & C.)

The second allegation of abuse is the Financial Exploitation of Finances of the mother and father Personal and Business. By both Daughter's Joyce Washington and Lavern Wilson Jordan, youngest daughter, birth order 14 of 15 children, employed by: JORDAN FOR KIDS as CEO inside the father’s church at: 10117 Grape street, Los Angeles, and Ca. 90002. Daughter Joyce has exploited, and miss handled the parents finances starting with the Power of Attorney she gained control of by bullying, cohursting, and threatening the parents to make her first on the Power Of Attorney and removing the first original Joint Power of Attorney Recipients. Who were: The 1st trustee Son Gary Jordan, the youngest child of 15, and Daughter Joyce Washington the 4th child of 15.These changes were done by, bypassing the 1st trustee Gary Jordan and creating a second Trust and Power of Attorney by removing the 1st trustee Gary Jordan and placing herself as 1st trustee and sister Elizabeth Jordan-Miles as her 2nd trustee, which means she had Joint Power of Attorney with sister Elizabeth Jordan and could not do anything without her signature, she had no right to do anything by herself, which means, the Power of Attorney she claims she has is null and void, and not in effect legally, also there are missing pages from the Power Of Attorney, the revocation page, business operation page, maintenance of records information, notice to person accepting appointment page, and instruction page to person accepting appointment, one personally added statement regarding ("HIPAA") Again for her personal gain. (see Exhibit C) Joyce uses her position as an officer of the County to bully all of her siblings especially those who are employed by the county under her, she tells certain siblings I will turn you into the DA'S Office on a regular basis, unless they do exactly what she wants. She threatened Brother Daniel Jordan by stating that she would gain a protective order to keep him away from the parents and turn him into the D.A., when he expressed concerns about the parent’s finances and emotional state. Two of the adult children are handicapped and live in the home with the parents who Joyce also verbally abuses on a regular basis, she called her brother Timothy Jordan who has Multiple sclerosis a crippled ***, and kicked him out of the home, just because he did not agree with some of things she was saying, and Sister Mary Jordan who is mentally disabled she speaks down to her, all the time, and continuously ask them both for money. Joyce commingles the parent’s bills with her bills and pays them from the parents accounts see (exhibit B and C). She forces the mother to pre-sign checks, she goes and makes purchases voids the pre-signed checks and re-writes the checks from her personal account and then reimburses herself from the parents bank accounts, several of the siblings have asked to see bank statements, utility bills etc., because Joyce keeps asking the Church to reimburse her for monies she claimed she spent was hers, on the parents bills. Again this is exploiting the parent’s finances for personal gain. A lot of the parents bills and statements she refuses to turn over, and the ones she has given out, have been cut and pasted, altered and exploited in her own writing, along with incomplete bank statements, and utility bills for example: the bank statements have missing pages and different account numbers or mixed in with other pages. (see Exhibit B).Joyce has allowed sister Lavern Jordan to open up a business in one of the parent’s name, Mother Captola Jordan, along with obtaining a Federal Grant in her name to fund it; this business is called Jordan for kids inside the father’s church who he has been the founder and Pastor of for 60 years. Again Joyce has allowed the commingling of business funds from the parent’s church for personal gain of these two siblings. This business should have been included in the family trust if the parents were aware of it. (See Exhibit C).Joyce has currently placed the Fathers church up for sale, knowing that the brother Daniel Jordan holds the DEED OF TRUST on the church with a lien of 53,000.00. Which must be paid first. Joyce has exploited documents, notarized them to state that the brother Daniel has been paid in full, so that she may proceed with the sale of the church, she has no proof to show that the brother was paid, other than forcing the parents to sign and notarize an exploited affidavit by the parents, saying that he was paid in-full in cash, the brother Daniel Jordan was never paid and remains on the deed of trust, at this time, (see Exhibit C and D), again for her personal gain and by using an invalid Power of Attorney. All and any properties and assets owned by the parents are to be evenly divided per the parent’s wishes and family agreements. (See exhibits C and D).The Father Bishop Cladie B.Jordan has appointed Elder Darrin Victor and his wife Monique Victor, AKA; V.O.C.I.C.E.S. Ministry to over see the church, Joyce is currently trying to remove the Elder and his wife as overseer's by slandering his name and character, and is also threating to evict him from the church and void his lease agreement so that she may proceed with the sale of the church, this lease agreement was signed by our mother Captola Jordan as one of the owners of the Church along with our Father Cladie Jordan, and sister Joyce signed as Property Manager, which is very confusing, due to the fact that sister Joyce claims she has legal Power Of Attorney why Would you have our Mother sign the lease agreement? Who you claim has been mentally deemed incapacitated, again only for her personal gain. This has stressed and saddened the father to no avail. (See exhibit F),Joyce has refused to turnover all insurance policies on the mother and father and claims that her and her husband Mr. Edward Washington are paying the premiums out of their pockets and that those policies on the parents belong to them only!(See Exhibit E) as proof that (2)two of the insurance policies are being paid out of the parents bank accounts at Bank Of The West, which she refuses to share information regarding, amounts, and type of policies, to all of the children.Any questions or concerns please contact the Jordan family contact person. I Daniel Jordan son of Captola Jordan declare under penalty of perjury the following statements are true and correct.It has recently been discovered by the Jordan Family, that my two sisters, Joyce Washington and Lavern Wilson-Jordan are financially abusing our parents mentioned above. My sister Joyce Washington and husband Edward Washington has been acting as first trustee of Power Of Attorney, which she obtained illegally, and has allowed my sister Lavern Jordan to fraudulently open a business in the name of my Mother Captola Jordan known as "JORDAN FOR KIDS" along with a grant to fund this business, also in my mothers name, approximately worth $25,000.00 to $200,000.00 plus, which my Mother and Father are totally unaware of, and have no knowledge that this business is in my mothers name. Lavern claims that she has no income in a recent divorce, but is running Jordan for Kids and spending the grant money, again financially exploiting our parents for financial gain. This business is being ran inside my Fathers Church Located at: Faith Temple Church10115 and 10117 South Grape St.Los Angeles, Ca. 90002My sister Joyce claims that she knew nothing about Jordan for Kids, but claims to be the Property Manager for the Church, where is the lease agreement? And where are the rent payments going? (See Exhibit A) Remember when the Mother ask for her own money she is emotionally abused and belittled and talked down to, while she is being financially exploited, Again Joyce and Lavern are financially exploiting our parents and not being truthful, for their own personal gain.In 1998 my sister Lavern Wilson-Jordan was Terminated and Prosecuted from LA County for Wel-fare Fraud and should not be running any Financial Institution. At this same time, while unemployed my sister Lavern was loosing her house, she was 13 payments behind, I Daniel Jordan her elder brother stepped in and saved her house, by placing a second lien on the property, and catching up all the delinquent payments, the agreement was for her to make payments to me including interest, due to the fact that she was unemployed the agreement was defaulted on.In 2006 my sister Lavern attempted to refinance her house without paying me my monies owed from 1998 by illegally forging documents to the title company stating that she paid me in full. See proof of loan, attached Deed of Trust, (Exhibit B).In August and October of 1998 my sister Joyce Washington was in Tax trouble and obtained two loans from me Daniel Jordan, one in August for $12,000.00 and a second loan in October for $15,000.00. Remember my sister Joyce lied and told the family that she never borrowed money from me. See proof of loans attached, (Exhibit C= copies of Cashier’s Checks).

In September 1998 my fathers church was going into foreclosure delinquent for $23,000.00. I Daniel Jordan saved my fathers church, and became the Title lien holder, the agreement was that I would be paid $300.00 per month plus interest at 8%, I never received a payment to this date, in 16 years now owing$52,355.83 plus $5.05 for each additional day past 07/31/2014 see attached proof "Deed Of Trust" (Exhibit D).In August of 2014 my sister Joyce Washington Illegally placed my fathers church up for sale, and refuses to pay me all monies owed as the lien holder of the church, Joyce forced my dad Cladie Jordan to sign an affidavit stating that I had been paid in full in cash, with no proof of when, how much, and where. Again she is financially exploiting my parents for her personal gain, See (Exhibits E).

adult protective services are suppose to help individuals,who are unable to hire someone.my story goes:i was given this twits name(deb)to investigate my payee.i am on social security disability,so the payee has total control of my money.payees have no rights with their money,at all.anyway this human thing calls me and tells me that she found no evidence of them tampering with my money.then she tells me,that she told them to just get rid of my remaining money of my lump sum.the amount is over $5000,and she tells them to buy a burial plot with my money.

i believe this broad is a ***,who hates men.i had told her that she had done a lousy job before,when she called.i believe she said this comment about my money,to get back at me.folks,if you want to have something investigated,stay far away from the wanna-be investigators.most of them probably don't have self control,so that is why they are in the field they are.
