Purchased RV tire insurance, got a flat tire that Michelin Tire of North America and USTire Association guide lines require the tire be replaced.

Nation Warranty Corporation would not honor my claim and denied it stating the tire could be repaired. Then when I asked for a second review, they said the denial was due to me driving on a flat tire which was not true.

The tire was not even completely flat when I had a tire repair come to me and they stated in writing that the front stead tire must be replaced.

Nation Warranty tire protection plan is a scam. They have no intention of paying a claim and I would warn any new RV buyers not to purchase any plan from Nation Warranty Corporation based in Coral Springs Florida as you will, like me be wasting nearly $2000.00 dollars.

Warning, warning, warning.

  • Plans are a scam in my opinion

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: Do not purchase any protection plans for RV if Nation Warranty is involved.

Took your money and you are not cover, potential fraud

On April 14th 2011, I have paid this company $2063 in full payment for there auto extended warranty contract,

And on 11/15 2012 when I called in asking for service issue, the operator told me that my name/my car is not on their computer, then I called the company (always one person brenda dedi pick up the phone), told me that the application did not went thru and they are unable to enroll me and have to give me refund.

after I called three times and three emails, she finally emailed me back and said the cancellation request went thru on 12/5/2012 and it take 4-6 weeks to recevie my check, fine I waited another 6 weeks and nothing come, I send here another email, then she said my check is next in their list, I asked for a confirmed date and she never replied.

I think this company in involving fraud as many people will not run problem with their car, so they pocket every penny as you never know your are not covered until you run into problem and find out.

reported to FTC, and Florida Attorney General as I believe I am not the only victim here

Nation Warranty - Poor customer service!!

Their site lacks tons on information about their products compared to warranty direct and carchex direct. I called to ask a question and got Cameron.

She did not want to help me at ALL. Refused to listen to my question to help me understand. I raised my voice a bit (not yelling), she said she did not like to be yelled at and hung up on me. WOW they really want my business.

I called needing help understanding their coverage's. I called back and she answered again. I ask for a manager and she stated she was the manager. She was very very rude.

She made it appear that she was very high up in the company. She said she had not ran a company for 28 years and have an A rating with BBB by not wanting to help customers. I do not recommend even attempting to do business with the company. You can not view their contracts on their site.

I was asking about "wear and tear" coverage which is different than "mechanical breakdown" coverage. She really did not want to answer the question, which makes concerned me.

Nation Warranty Corp. Coral Springs Fl.

Purchased warranty August 2010 from NWC.

November 2010 my dealer contacted NWC for repair and told that I had no account.

I then contacted NWC and loan carrier Universal Lenders LLC of Elmwood Park, Illinois and also advised I had no account. After a $650 deposit and withdrawing money for three months?

Once my account was located NWC provided my information to carrier National Auto Care of Westervile, Ohio.

My claim was denied by NAC, because the repair was wear and tear instead of a "break down".

After 4 days, I would have been content for the cost of parts.
