Finally sold my nation custom built home just thankful the nightmare is over lost money of course but at least I did not ruin my credit. Here is a great fact nation built half the driveway on the lot beside my property was told they had property surveyed but Terry never supplied documentation.
My nightmare is over I just hope no one else has to deal with terry or his family or employees that write great reviews all over the internet ! If you choose nation custom builders you will regret it!
I lost over 10k in this process no warranty builder refused to stand behind his work all in all th worst experience in my life. I would also like to thank SC LLR for doing nothing they are a complete joke and should be dissolved as they are a waste of taxpayers money!

Best day in my life
The best day in my life is the day I sell my so called nation custom built home the quality is a joke I was sued by multiple sub contractors that were never paid Terry is nothing but a complete liar ! If you see positive reviews they are family or paid employees !
I have spent over 10k and have receipts just to have a completed house terry has plenty excuses but never stands behind his so called custom built homes ! This so called builder is a complete joke and should never have a business license thanks to SC you get on in a Cracker Jack because x !

Ceiling/Roof
I truly enjoyed working with Terry and Chris during the repairs on my home. They both were very professional and I would call Nation Custom Builders again for any future repairs to my home.
I had water ceiling damage from a leak in the roof. They were easy to work with for appointment time and day to suit my schedule.
The pricing was reasonable for the type of work to be done and more than willing to return if any problems should occur after the work was completed.
Thank you again for a job well done!

You are obviously a friend or paid employee ! As terry is a complete joke as a builder ! If you let him do any work on your home I would have it checked by a real contractor as it was left incomplete!

Hey extremely happy you are more than welcome to come to Columbia and check out the report from LLR and I can show the 10 grand in receipts that I have to fix all the sup par work that Nation custom builders did on my so called custom built home that didn't meet minimum code! Please keep your comments to yourself when you have no idea about the facts !!!

And since they were never paid guess what no warranty how would you like to not have a working HVAC system in your brand new house ? Like I said keep your mouth shut if you don't have the facts !!!!

Hvac has never worked garage floods when it rains
Builder is a complete rip off artist hvac is no functioning garage floods when it rains
Foundation has cracks everywhere inside and out paint and Sheetrock done extremely poor quality left liens on house by not paying subcontractors
Builder never made any legitamate effort to fix any issues quality of house is poor at best terrible experience I will never build a house again.
Terry nation (owner) is by far the worst builder I have ever seen
Do not use nation custom builders unless you want to get ripped off! He is a true *** man that is still out there ripping consumers off

Who is saying this is not a helpful review perhaps you would like to see where the house was built on the wrong lot even though terry said it was surveyed ! Like I said before keep opinions to yourself if you don't know the facts Nation custom builders is a complete rip off!!!!!
