I worked at Flemish Master Weavers. The so called production manager was an complete ***. He ran off more good people than he was worth!!! I'm not scared to say that his name is Uwe Kirchner. If FMW got rid of him they would be better off!!! If you want this company to do well you need. To put people in place that cares for you employee. An not just treat them like dung. Sorry I was being polite. If you go there and ask who was the best manager to the employees and listen. You will learn something!!!! Its not how you dictate its how you treat your employees that makes you money!!! I guess that you don't care as a Corporation

Natco home fashions are made from other peoles trash
I've worked at natco home fashions in west warwick, rhode island for eight years. All they do is buy rolls of garbage vinyl flooring from congoleum and other big name companies, and cut it into smaller sizes to sell to home depot, and walmart, and a few other stores. Most of the garbage they cut is soaked with urine, and human ***. A few years back the bathroom toilet in the basement broke and went all over the basement floor where the rolls of vinyl were stored. Noone cleaned up, some people actually just kept using the hole in the floor to urinate.This company produces the most disgusting merchandise and doesnt care who buys it, just as long as someone buys it. The most dirty rolls go to building 19 to be sold. buyers beware.
