I ordered my wedding gown from Natayas website, it arrived in a timely fashion. The slip/petticoat fit well, even a little bit roomy, but the overlay was too small.
I took a photo with measuring tape and emailed Nataya, they immediately sent a replacement.
The returned item got lost in the mail (it was holiday season) and Nataya just told me not to worry, and to enjoy my wedding. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.
