Hi it has been almost 2.5 months and I have yet to receive my package.

You have taken the money but not fulfilled the shipment.

What kind of sham business is this.

I have messaged now 3-4 times and have yet to hear from any one from the company.

I am highly disappointed with your customer service and will be moving foward with disputing the charge and reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.

I am shocked and appalled and the horrible customer service I have faced.
