This is the best cigarettes I’ve had
Magick in every puff!! Everyone should smoke Nats I dont see why anyone would smoke other cigarettes even though Nat Sherman cigarettes are more expensive than other brands of cigarettes the price is completely worth it when the cigarettes tastes so good and are so satisfying like no other brand Ive tryd can deliver!

Holes in cigarettes, entire carton.
Purchased a carton of Nat Sherman cigarettes, and 9 out of 10 cigarettes had small holes in them, making them useless.

I would like to order my favorite Nat Sherman cigarette, Nat Sherman natural mint, or Nat Sherman natural menthol, or Nat Sherman Original Menthol. I'm having difficulty finding a reliable local dealer who has what I'm looking for. Can I not order directly from Nat Sherman? There was a time when I could.

Bad coupon
Customer service is just a pretty unaware and unhelpful employee at a retail store in New York. There are several issues with the Nat Sherman phone app and seemingly no techs to help with issues. Be careful to ask the store the apps sends you to ig they accept coupons and have your style of Nat"s cigarettes in stock. It's ridiculously easy to forfeit your coupons because of issues with th e mobile app and moblie coupons.

Bad coupon
To whom it may concern, I was directed to a store from your mobile application to redeem a $4 off 1 pack of Shermans. The store would not take the coupon. In the app I chose the option where I was asked if I used the coupon. I said no, that the store would not accept it. I submitted the information. I for whatever reason now can not use the coupon, nor another one until tomorrow. This is the second coupon I've lost. Please help out a dedicated Nat Sherman's smoker for well over a decade.
